When your shirts are brought in, they undergo the following procedure

Counting, labeling, and ticketing shirts immediately, then separating by colors.
Hand scrubbing all collars and cuffs.
Placing in net bags to protect the shirts.
Adding #1 quality liquid soap and Optical brighteners to ensure bright colors.
Rinsing thoroughly (3 times or more) since any soap remaining can discolor or destroy the fabric.
Pressing (small/over-sized shirts are hand pressed).
Checking for missing buttons and/or wrinkles and treat accordingly.
